I am Simone, founder, director and head trainer of YummyMummy Fitness, Auckland's number 1 provider of all things health and fitness for mums to be and mums.
Who am I? I am a mum, who gained 23kg during pregnancy and successfully lost all of it within three months of my sons birth. I have been a Personal Trainer for the past nine years, working primarily with women between the ages of 18 through to 65. I have been working with 100s of clients on improving their health, improving their life and losing weight - and lots of it! How? Not by forcing them to starve or go on some crazy diets, but by teaching them to make healthy food choices and adapt an easy to maintain exercise programme – most importantly one that they truly enjoy!
During my pregnancy and the time after, I was keen to keep fit and preferably around other mummies to be or mums who were going through what I was – pregnancy, having a newborn, having a toddler – sadly this was not offered in my area, which is why I started YummyMummy Fitness at the beginning of 2012, around my sons 2nd birthday.

Kiri has more than four years experience in the fitness industry, having worked with mums and women for most of that time and is a proud mother of her now 3 year old son. She knows how hard it is to motivate yourself to leave the house after a long night of interrupted sleep with your baby or toddler and just how hard it can be to squeeze some 'Me time' into your hectic days as a mum.
Kiri loves to make exercise fun and interactive, her sessions are never the same and are challenging yet cater for beginners through to the advanced.

Chris is a qualified Personal Trainer whose sporting interests lie in running, tramping, swimming, yoga & pilates.
Having been overweight herself, Chris knows what it feels like to be unfit and then transform into a healthy, toned and confident lady. She enjoys working with women whose aim it is to lose weight and tone their body.
I never ran more than 800m in one attempt before I was 35 years old. I have now finished three half marathon races.
