Training

I haven’t exercised in a long time and am very unfit, is that a problem?

Not at all! We cater for mums of all fitness levels, so when you feel the time is right to make some changes in your life, we will welcome you with a happy face.

I don’t have a babysitter for my baby/toddler, can I still join your classes?

YES of course you can! We have specific classes for mums with babies and mums with toddlers!

What do I need to bring along to your classes?

The following equipment will make your training session a lot easier: Comfortable exercise clothing, bottle of water, exercise mat, towel and a big smile!

I have a toddler and am not sure if he/she will stay in the stroller during the classes, is this a problem?

We are very aware of this and have selected our locations to cater for energetic and curious toddlers. Our meeting points are safely tucked away from any traffic or other dangers so that toddlers can roam and play while mummy exercises. We also have toy boxes available to keep them occupied.

Do you have specific starting dates or do the classes run continuously?

Our classes run throughout the year without school holiday breaks and you can start the classes at any time. The classes all have very low maximum intake numbers as we take pride in offering a very specific service for every mum wanting to exercise with us. Safety is key and we will not sacrifice this - EVER!

Payment

We are a single income family and I am not sure if I can afford to pay a concession pass upfront, what do I do?

I have been there, done that myself and understand that this is often the case, which is why we offer weekly payment options on request.
