Whether you are a new mum and want to get back into your pre-pregnancy clothes or you have had your last child years ago and have decided it is time to get back in shape – we pride ourselves in offering fun packed exercise classes that will get you the results you are looking for.

Our three amazing group fitness classes are designed to cater for all mums at all fitness levels! All you have to do is decide what exactly you want to achieve in order to secure a spot in the appropriate class or classes.

Prenatal Fitness

Fit through your pregnancy – prepare for childbirth and a speedy recovery thereafter.

Stroller Bootcamp

This class aims at building general strength and fitness.

Boxing Bootcamp

We have combined two workouts that will help you burn fat and increase strength & fitness fast into one.

BoobCamp - Chicks only Bootcamp

Finally something for our working ladies - you don't have to be a mum to attend these classes but it is strictly Chicks Only! No Boys Allowed!!!
